To use the 1XPLAY platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of India, excluding the restricted states listed below.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of 1XPLAY or any of its affiliates.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law.

To participate in contests on 1XPLAY, you are required to register and create an account. By doing so, you agree to the following:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out under your account.
• Notify us immediately via official WhatsApp support if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of your account.
• Each user is permitted to maintain only one account. Creation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent ban.
• 1XPLAY reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and location at any time. Failure to provide required verification may lead to account suspension.

1XPLAY offers skill-based daily fantasy sports contests across cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. By participating, you agree to the following rules:

• All contest scoring rules, point systems, and eligibility criteria are published on the platform before each contest begins.
• Fantasy points are awarded based on the actual real-time performance of players in live matches, as per published scoring criteria.
• Leaderboard rankings are determined solely by total fantasy points accumulated — no manipulation or bias is applied.
• 1XPLAY reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule any contest in case of match cancellation, postponement, or extraordinary circumstances.
• Any attempt to exploit technical bugs, glitches, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage will result in immediate account termination.

1XPLAY Fantasy Sports is a game of skill, as recognized under Indian law. The outcome of contests on our platform is determined by the user's knowledge, strategy, research, and analytical ability — not by chance or luck.

• Users are required to apply genuine sports knowledge to select players and build competitive fantasy teams.
• Success on the platform is directly proportional to the depth of research, player analysis, and strategic decision-making applied.
• The platform does not constitute gambling, betting, or wagering of any kind under applicable Indian law.

Fantasy sports have been upheld as games of skill by multiple Indian High Courts. 1XPLAY operates in full compliance with all applicable Indian laws and regulations governing skill-based gaming.

By using 1XPLAY, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and fair manner at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or third-party tools to participate in contests or manipulate scores.
• Impersonating any other user, person, or entity on the platform.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any other individual.
• Using abusive, offensive, or threatening language toward other users or platform staff.
• Engaging in any form of collusion or team-fixing with other participants to gain an unfair advantage.
• Posting or distributing false, misleading, or defamatory information about 1XPLAY or its services.

Violation of any of the above conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without prior notice.

All content, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, and intellectual property on the 1XPLAY platform are the exclusive property of 1XPLAY Fantasy Sports and are protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content from this platform without prior written permission.
• The "1XPLAY" brand name, logo, and associated marks may not be used for any commercial purpose without express written consent.
• User-generated content (e.g., team names, profile information) remains the property of the user, but by submitting it, you grant 1XPLAY a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for platform purposes.

1XPLAY strives to provide an uninterrupted, error-free experience. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of data, scores, or contest progress due to technical failures, server downtime, or internet disruptions.
• Inaccuracies in real-time match data received from third-party official data providers.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.

Our total aggregate liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to 1XPLAY in the preceding 30 days.

1XPLAY reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause within these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the platform.
• Using the platform from a restricted state or as a minor below 18 years of age.
• Any activity deemed harmful to the integrity of contests or other users' experience.

You may also request account deletion at any time by contacting us via our official WhatsApp support channel. Deletion requests are processed within 7 working days.

1XPLAY reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered users via their registered contact details or through a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. We strongly encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of your rights and obligations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, we encourage users to first attempt resolution through our official support channel. We are committed to resolving all genuine grievances promptly and fairly.
